Debbie Bray was born and raised in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, she brings a deep appreciation for community, culture, and connection to her work. Debbie is an avid animal lover and enthusiastic foodie who enjoys exploring new cuisines and staying active through strength training, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. She values spending time with friends and family, enjoys reading, and loves traveling. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, that blend a strong foundation in dietary recommendations, nutritional needs, and evidence‑based practice with competencies in healthcare delivery systems, regulatory compliance, ethical practices, and cross‑disciplinary communication.

In her professional life, Debbie’s experience includes supporting populations like pregnant and postpartum women, infants, children, low-income individuals and families, and culturally diverse groups. Beginning in 2019, Debbie worked closely with mothers and babies to promote optimal health outcomes and in doing so, her passion for breastfeeding advocacy and support ignited. She later became an internationally recognized lactation consultant (IBCLC) in 2023, and it has become part of her mission to continue to serve lactating communities with a focus on preventative health.
